You know the feeling. It’s 3:45pm and you’re in a meeting that has nothing to do with you. You’re pretending to take notes but everyone knows you’re actually working through your email inbox, scrambling just to keep things afloat.
And this happens every day.
There must be a way to be more productive. The problem is, while we all have a feeling that we spend too much time in meetings or reading irrelevant email, that feeling isn’t much use unless we can put a number on it. Unless we can quantify it. And then make changes.
